Holiday Lets

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This payment is refundable if you cancel within 7 days. If the booking is less than 8 weeks away, full balance will be required on booking.

The balance of your payment is due at least 8 weeks before arrival. You will receive a reminder when payment is due. If we do not receive payment within 2 weeks of this notice, we will assume you wish to cancel your booking.

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival we will refund you the balance, if paid, minus the deposit. If you cancel the booking less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival, no refund will be given unless we can re-book the accommodation. If the accommodation is re-booked, you will receive your balance minus the deposit.

Camping Pods

Full payment is required on booking. This payment is refundable if you cancel within 7 days.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance of your stay, we will refund 50% of your payment. If you cancel the booking less than 4 weeks in advance, your payment will not be refunded.

We recommend that all of our guests take out travel insurance, including cancellation cover.

If we need to change or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to rearrange your stay or find alternative accommodation. If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
