We have comfortably furnished cottages, or, for the more adventurous, camping pods with modern amenities available to make your time away your favorite time of the year.

Cottages
Our cottages are classic, cozy and offer picture-window views of the valley.
We have three cottages, all looking down on the valley.
Kennacoil Farm Cottage is our largest accommodation option with beds for up to six people. There’s a spacious living area with an inviting wood-burning stove – perfect for those chillier evenings.
Craiglaggan and Craigvinean are one-bedroom apartments ideal for couples, with room for up to three.
Kennacoil Farm Cottage
The living room is appointed with two sofas and a wood-burning stove, for those chilly evenings where the fun is in staying in. Or take in the outdoors: sliding doors open onto a cute little deck with those unforgettable views over the Perthshire hills.
The large garden is fully fenced so it’s perfect for the kids and the dog (if you choose to bring them).
The kitchen is fitted out to the highest standards and also features a large dining table for you all to sit and enjoy a good meal in the evening.

The three bedrooms offer a variety of bed configurations to suit your group or family.
The master bedroom is a generous size with double bed and there’s a single bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a trio bunkbed (double on the bottom, single on top).
Craiglaggan and Craigvinean
Each one-bedroom apartment is spacious and has a deck with a stunning view.
The living room and kitchen area is furnished with a comfortable seating area, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is set up to suit all your needs, and comes stocked and ready for that first cuppa.
Each cottage has a double and single bed in the master bedroom.
The en-suite bathroom has a full bath and shower. We’re sure you’ll enjoy a long soak (perhaps with a cheeky vino) after a long ramble in our spectacular countryside.
Let’s Go Glamping
We have six pods, crafted in wood and fully insulated. Ditch the tent, bring the cooler and throw some sausages on the grill.
The idea of glamping is that you bring pretty much everything you would if you were camping – except the tent. Our pods all offer a fire bowl/BBQ, picnic table, and a stunning view over the property and valley below.
Our smaller pods sleep two adults and one child. We also have medium pods that sleep up to five adults, and one mega pod that is wheelchair accessible and sleeps four to six.
Each pod has camping mattresses, so leave your sleeping mats at home. We ask our guests to bring their own sleeping bags, pillows and towels.
Our pods are fully insulated and come with a space heater, a mini fan, lights and USB ports for charging your devices.
Our mega pod, Pod 6, is wheelchair accessible and sleeps up to six.
This pod is furnished and has underfloor heating. It has two bunk beds, one double bed, and a sofa bed.
Bring the whole family, and the dog!
While staying with us, you'll have access to our renovated facilities, including tiled showers, just a minute’s walk away. Our kitchenette comes equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and two sinks for washing up. We ask our guests to bring their own plates, cups and mugs.
